Effective November 5, 2026 · Website Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Energy Technology Solutions, LLC ("ETS," "we") handles information through this website and related website inquiries. Charging sessions, app accounts, payment processing, and customer platform data may involve separate service-specific notices and agreements. This website notice does not replace them. Questions or privacy requests: support@energytechnologysolutions.net or 813-314-7617.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, business email, telephone number, company, property address, project details, messages, and attachments. Please do not submit payment card information, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information through website inquiry forms. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. IP addresses and technical identifiers may be personal information under applicable law; we do not treat them as universally anonymous.
Forms, email & requests
The website currently prepares inquiry and order-request emails in your email application. The information is sent to ETS only when you send that email. An inquiry does not place an order or book a meeting. If direct form or CRM submission is enabled, the form will identify that it sends the request directly. We use information received to respond, evaluate projects, prepare quotes, provide requested support, maintain business records, and administer our relationship. An inquiry is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or automated promotional calls or texts.
Browser storage, hosting & analytics
Your quote shortlist stores selected product identifiers and quantities in your browser under ets_quote_v1 so selections remain available as you browse. Contact and project form details are not saved in that shortlist. You can remove individual items, clear the shortlist, or delete this site's browser storage. Blocking or clearing storage may prevent your selections from being remembered.
This website's current implementation does not load Google Analytics, advertising-network tags, or a direct CRM submission integration. Hosting and security providers may still process the technical information described above to deliver and protect the website. We do not treat all technical data as anonymous. If optional analytics, advertising tags, or direct CRM collection are introduced, we will update this notice and provide any legally required notice, choice, or consent before that processing begins.
Uses & recipients
We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to requests, manage projects and customer relationships, investigate problems, meet legal obligations, and, with the appropriate permissions, communicate about our services. Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email, technical support, and business administration, as needed for those purposes. We may share relevant project information with an identified project partner when needed to fulfill your request, with appropriate authority and safeguards. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect lawful rights or safety, or in a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not give ourselves unlimited permission to publish customer logos or nonpublic project details through this notice.
Retention, security & international processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, contractual obligations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record and the relationship. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and risks, but no website, transmission, or system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate, subject to protections required by applicable law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, the information involved, and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your information; withdraw consent; object to processing; or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities if applicable. Contact us using the details above to make a request or ask about our practices. We may need to verify identity and authority proportionately and may apply lawful exceptions. We respond within the deadline required by the applicable law, including any permitted extension; this notice does not substitute one universal deadline for different laws.
Where an authorized agent may act for you under applicable law, we may request evidence of authority. We do not retaliate against you for exercising applicable rights. You may have the right to appeal a decision or complain to the relevant regulator. A consent withdrawal does not affect processing supported by another lawful basis. We will address legally applicable browser opt-out signals and consent requirements for the processing concerned; you do not need to create an account to submit a privacy request.
Children & external services
The business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. External websites, app stores, charging platforms, financing services, and payment providers have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before using them.
Changes
We will post changes with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A revised notice does not retroactively authorize a materially different use of previously collected information without any notice or choice required by law.
